We have a 2-day return policy (In case of a damaged item received); you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reverse pickup is available only in select locations. In unserviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Shipping charges (applicable) are non-refundable.
If a replacement/exchange is approved, the new item will be delivered to your registered address within 3-7 working days from the date of approval
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damaged or missing items.
Share the video within 48 hours of delivery via email.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return/refund requests for such cases.
Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is not damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to Flexn.
Flexn reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, masks, or any intimate or sanitary apparel (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
Products showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, odour, stains, damage, or misuse.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Share images or videos if requested for verification.
Obtain approval before shipping the product back.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Reverse pickup will be arranged subject to serviceability and operational feasibility.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products shipped by Flexn.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.
Acceptance or rejection of a return will be solely at the discretion of Flexn.
Flexn reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality checks.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
All refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, UPI service, or payment provider.
Flexn is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only.
Customers must provide accurate payment details; Flexn will not be liable for delays due to incorrect information.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order using your store credit/coupon code.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an exchange item is unavailable, Flexn may offer a refund or store credit at its discretion.
Exchange requests must comply with the same eligibility criteria as returns.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

Provide clear images or videos for verification.
After verification, Flexn will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in the request being rejected.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and the standard return policy applies.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
