International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

Any additional charges, such as COD fees or remote area surcharges, will be communicated before order confirmation.

Re-delivery or reshipping in such cases may attract additional charges.

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos for verification.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the request.

8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

Orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address may be eligible for reshipping or refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
